Here’s a stronger English version while keeping it focused on your actual experience: ⭐️ 1 Star — Terrible Experience I strongly recommend that people STAY AWAY from Grand Prairie Auto Care. My experience with this place was extremely disappointing. They overcharge customers, the customer service is terrible, and the way the owners deal with customers is completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, they don’t even know how to properly use or handle Groupon. I know how Groupon works, and the problem was clearly on their end, yet instead of properly addressing the issue, they made the situation even more frustrating. The owners need to seriously learn how to treat customers and how to handle the services they advertise. Be very careful before taking your vehicle here. Make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for and what is included before agreeing to anything. I completely regret going to this place. I would never come back, and I absolutely do not recommend Grand Prairie Auto Care to anyone.

So I started having ac issues in my truck and was told to get the Freon checked. I looked in Groupon and going a shop closer to my work and bought a coupon that offered recharge plus an ac diagnostics check in my ac, so I bought it. I arrived and explained to who on believe was the manager, or owner what I had bought and he tells me that there is no diagnostic, just recharge. I politely tell him what I purchased, and tells me they'll do it. 15 minutes later I'm told it's not the recharge of Freon, that my compressor is bad and it needs to be replaced I ask him about replacing it, he tells me that the part is not available anywhere and if they were to do the work I'm looking at $1,700 with parts and labor. I say okay and leave, hop on the phone with a friend of mine whos a mechanic, he gets online and finds the part within a minute, I order it and go to him to do the work. He scans my truck with an obd (which this place didn't do) comes back that a relay sensor is bad that costs $15-$30 to replace. This place is either trying to scam you or just too incompetent to do their jobs ethically. I do not recommend you go to these people who just want to get you to spend large sums of money

The best Auto Care EVER!!! Grand Prairie Auto Care is my go to place! They are always super fast with my oil change service! Currently having my brakes replaced and couldn’t ask for better service! They have the best prices around and always able to work me in super fast without an appointment! Thank you guys for always going above and beyond!

Great experience! Although the news was not what I wanted to hear and the repairs were going to be more costly than anticipated… Muhammad was nice, speedy and efficient with the doagnostoc process. I’ll be coming to him to complete my repair. Update: 08/14/2026 I Had my vehicle towed in for repair Wednesday afternoon I had to get my AC compressor replaced my expansion valve replaced and also my serpentine belt. I feel all of this was completed at A much more reasonable price, compared to the Market. I was able to pick up my vehicle today, which is Thursday at 10 AM! They Were very expedient With my repairs and so far, my AC is blowing so good that I actually had to turn it down and i’m in Texas heat!! The repair came with a two-year part warranty as well as a one year labor warranty, so that gave me peace of mind. Thanks, Muhammad and the Grand Prairie auto care family.

Mo was great! I had a Groupon that I was taking forever to use. I finally got over to Grand Prairie on a Saturday and called. It was the middle of the day and he was super busy. His shop was packed, but he still took me right in. He was real nice, showed me how much freon I still had left, and recharged my car AC in just a few minutes. Also a heads up know your car and don't try to use Groupon to save a few bucks even with all the sneaky deals! It gets too convoluted!! Mo and GP Auto Care are great. Go old school. Call or stop by to talk to him, explain what you need and try to learn more about your car. Then make your appointment a few days later. Better planning, learning, communication, and support for these local GP family owned mechanic shops.
